VOLUME XIV : MAGIC

DREAMING BATTLES BY

DJ COSMICMASSEUR

Dj CosmicMasseur has been caged around the sun in Ego, The Living Planet for twenty-five-odd years, waking the axehero that sleeps in all of us. He started in the eighties with heavy metal/hard rock; thrash, doom, nwobhm, death and black (old school) were his preference though. Still this genre can count on his approval, but with the years came his interest in stoner, 60s acid garage rock and 70s heavy psych prog rock.

Dj CosmicMasseur has performed his “expect the unexpected, unexpect the expected” dj-sets at numerous Orange Factory-shows in JC Sojo (www.orangefactory.be) and at festivals such as Roadburn, Afterburner, Yellowstock, Occultrance, Ostara,….

Dreaming Battles is a compilation of tunes (some of them very obscure) in the field of 60s & 70s psychedelic and progressive rock, based around one subject.

I believe in miracles
I don't believe in sin
I believe in wizardry
I don't believe in trends
White magic / Black magic
Which am I to choose?
I believe that is up to me
I don't believe in you
I believe in fairy tales
I don't believe in lies
I believe in innocence
I don't believe your eyes
White magic / Black magic
